About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across multiple functions within a growing manufacturing organization.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across accounting, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Proactively identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain timely communication and follow-ups
• Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection

Hiring Coordination & Reporting

• Track hiring progress and maintain accurate recruiting data
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
• Support improvements in recruiting processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred
• Experience hiring for accounting, operations, or manufacturing roles is a plus

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with ATS or HR systems preferred
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency
