We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence by providing exceptional technical support and ensuring timely problem resolution for our customers.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

• Manage and Resolve Technical Cases: Own core case management and customer communication, troubleshooting technical issues and translating system behavior into clear guidance for clients.
• Perform Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze logs, replicate customer environments, and troubleshoot issues across cloud data platforms and the AtScale semantic layer.
• Collaborate with Engineering: Document clear, actionable escalations for code-level bugs, collaborate with development teams to track fixes, and verify solutions before closure.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
• You have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), SQL querying, and enterprise system troubleshooting.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
