Transforming The Way Construction Owners Use Technology & Data
If you like technology, solving problems, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service, this is the position for you! The Connectivity Systems Engineer is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to- day operations of our clients run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have construction, technology, or customer service experience, although this is not a requirement. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

What you’ll do… 

  • Track design change deliverable and performance to schedule & financial 
    goals, highlight opportunities for improvement, and drive accordingly 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to accurately forecast and plan for all CE 
    design projects (new builds and retrofits) 
  • Program manage design changes for new and existing data center network infrastructure projects (Outside and Inside Plant), overseeing the full lifecycle from design and BOM development through execution, implementation, and change delivery. 
  • Coordinate DEC design change activities across client’s teams, contractors, field teams, and material vendors to ensure alignment, timely execution, and successful implementation of network infrastructure changes. 
  • Provide regular portfolio updates that highlight deliverable timelines, costs, 
    and status  
  • Assist Design CE’s and the DEC Contracts teams with the development of new TEoR contracts for new programs and DCIS 
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation platforms to improve design coordination, project tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across connectivity programs 
  • Utilize AI-assisted analytics and reporting solutions to identify project risks, schedule impacts, resource constraints, and opportunities for process optimization 
  • Apply data analysis and AI-assisted insights to improve forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making across large-scale infrastructure programs 

You should have 

  • 5+ years of experience in program management 
  • 2 years of experience working with Design Connectivity 
  • Experience in G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, ACC 
  • Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments 
  • Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority 
  • Quick adaptability to rapidly grasp and excel in new technical projects 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles 
  • Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction 
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders 
  • Working knowledge of LEAN tools (choosing by advantage, Last Planner / Pull Planning, Gemba, Kanban) 
  • Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones) 
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity, analytics, or project management tools within engineering, construction, or technology environments 

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management 
  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration 
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support 
  • Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
