We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

What you'll do

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, ductwork, and controls (Must be able to run their own projects.
• Procuring materials, keeping job schedules and crews lined out.)
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with General Contractors
• Complete job-related documentation and reports accurately
• Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members and apprentices
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and local codes
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and tolerate seasonal weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred but not required:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license (State of Wyoming or ability to obtain reciprocity)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 Hours
• Monday to Thursday
• Overtime
