About the Role

We are looking for a globally minded, internet-native, and execution-driven Director of Fan Engagement Content. This role will act as an operator of next-generation sports entertainment ecosystems.

You will provide strategic consulting and operational guidance to Bitkernel’s clients in areas including:

• Fan Engagement Strategy
• Streaming Content Operations
• Interactive Entertainment Design
• Creator Ecosystem Development
• Community-driven Growth Strategy

You will be directly involved in the following initiatives for key clients and strategic projects worldwide:

• 0-to-1 team building
• Content ecosystem creation
• Community operation systems
• User growth systems
• Sports entertainment content planning

Your mission is to help clients establish sustainable long-term growth through Content + Community + Streaming + Fan Economy.

This Is NOT Traditional TV Production. We are not looking for traditional television-style content managers.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Ecosystem Development

• Develop global fan engagement content strategies
• Build content ecosystems for streaming platforms
• Plan content directions across sports, football, entertainment, the creator economy, and community content
• Establish content KPIs and growth systems
• Integrate content strategy with user growth and retention
• Build long-term emotional engagement systems with fans

Entertainment & Interactive Content Development

• Design interactive entertainment formats for football clubs and streaming communities
• Develop live shows, fan competitions, interactive programs, community entertainment, creator collaborations, and reality-show-style content
• Create show concepts, scripts, storytelling structures, and entertainment flows
• Develop internet-native sports entertainment experiences rather than traditional TV-style programming
• Collaborate with creators, streamers, hosts, and club teams to build engaging entertainment ecosystems
• Design long-term fan emotional engagement mechanisms

Creative Team & Content Operations Management

• Manage content creation, design, short-form video, community operations, and streaming content teams
• Build scalable global content SOPs and workflows
• Improve operational efficiency and content production scalability
• Enhance content quality, user interaction, retention, and watch time

Sports Fan Engagement Operations

• Collaborate with football clubs and sports partners on content strategies
• Plan match-day content, fan community activities, short videos, interactive programs, creator collaborations, and live streaming campaigns
• Build off-season fan engagement systems
• Increase daily user activity and fan community engagement

Community & User Interaction Operations

• Build operational systems for Discord, community platforms, social media, and fan groups
• Improve user activity, community participation, retention, and conversion
• Build community-first content operation strategies
• Strengthen community culture and brand influence

Growth & Monetization Collaboration

• Work closely with product, growth, and monetization teams
• Optimize content recommendations, user conversion, subscription growth, sponsorship storytelling, and interactive commerce
• Support the fan economy, creator monetization, community monetization, and content-driven business models

Global Collaboration

• Collaborate with teams across LATAM, North America, and Asia
• Support multilingual and multi-regional content operations
• Establish international content standards and brand systems
• Coordinate global football club and creator ecosystem projects

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in areas such as:

• Experience in Sports / Football / Fan Engagement industries
• Experience with YouTube / TikTok / Streaming ecosystems
• Experience in MCN or Creator Economy industries
• International or LATAM market experience
• Familiarity with live streaming and short-video ecosystems
• Large-scale community operation experience
• Understanding of AI Content Workflow / Recommendation Systems
• Familiarity with Twitch / YouTube / TikTok-style interactive ecosystems
