Bloom Growth is seeking an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations and closing—helping business leaders understand how Bloom can solve key challenges and accelerate growth.
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and consistently delivers results. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000–$85,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
