Technical Designer

OVERVIEW

Great products aren’t just something you wear—they’re meant to be used, relied on, and lived in. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Designer with a focus on men’s and youth products (athletic, lifestyle, tops, bottoms, outerwear, hard goods) to join our Austin-based team and help shape the future of our brand.

You will lead the technical development of assigned styles from initial concept through production handoff. Working closely with Design, you will translate fit intent and overall aesthetic into physical proto samples, ensuring fit, construction, and BOM meet our standards for quality, performance, and cost.

You will own product specifications and be responsible for maintaining all style records, BOMs, and samples. You will serve as a technical resource to cross-functional partners, providing guidance on fit and construction, and lead fit reviews at each proto stage. This role supports a collaborative, solutions-driven environment across Technical Development and our broader team.

The position reports to the Product Development Manager and is in office at our Austin headquarters.
