Pay Rate: $20/hour (approximately $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year) 

Job description: 

As a Customer Care Specialist for Redeemers Group, you’ll work directly with customers as the voice of our team. You will represent us by answering calls, setting service and sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues. This role will also be responsible for managing a system that meets our company’s scheduling objectives. You’ll ensure both the customer experience and our team’s experience are remarkable, from that initial phone call for help until our crews are leaving the jobsite. But that’s not all: you’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by tactically supporting the team that will solve the most serious issues with their home. No specific construction experience is necessary; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

What we need from you: 

• Experience and a proven track-record in the customer service field is preferred 

• Experience in project scheduling preferred 

• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. 

• Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish a plus 

• Skill in and ability to operate a computer and associated technological programs. 

• Ability to detect, recognize and process information in written materials and on a computer screen 100% of time. 

• Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
