OVERVIEW:

The COE Enablement Specialist owns and drives some of Quartile's most critical enablement infrastructures: Quartile Academy, the Knowledge Hub, the partner certification program, and the CSM Skill Assessment and proprietary certification framework. This role operates with significant autonomy, takes end-to-end accountability for program outcomes, and acts as a senior enablement partner to CS leadership, COE team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Specialist brings 4–6 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or learning program management in a fast-paced, complex environment. They design, not just execute. They are equally comfortable building governance frameworks from scratch, shaping curriculum strategy, designing assessment architecture, and influencing senior stakeholders on adoption. They are a key contributor to the COE Enablement roadmap and play a central role in making enablement visible, scalable, and measurable at Quartile.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4–6 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, learning program or project management, or knowledge management in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and own learning programs end-to-end, from curriculum strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Experience designing assessments, competency frameworks, or skill evaluation tools, ideally in a customer-facing team context.
  • Experience building and governing knowledge management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to influence SMEs, CS leads, and senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable using program data (completion rates, utilization, assessment scores) to make decisions and report to leadership.
  • Experience managing certification programs or coordinating with external platform partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write clear governance documentation and stakeholder-facing materials.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Background in digital advertising, retail media, or Amazon Ads ecosystem.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Seismic, Lessonly, Docebo) and SharePoint-based knowledge systems.
  • Instructional design certification or formal training (CPTD, ATD, or similar).
  • Experience working within a Center of Excellence or COE-adjacent function.
  • Prior exposure to Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Walmart Connect certification programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Quartile Academy

  • Own the Quartile Academy program roadmap, including curriculum design, module sequencing, and learning track architecture for CS, CG, and cross-functional roles.
  • Continue refining and developing the curriculum framework, coordinate SME contributions, and lead content development and approval from design to launch.
  • Establish and enforce a content governance model, including review cycles, ownership assignments, and quality standards.
  • Management of the new cohort onboardings, overseeing scheduling, progression tracking, and mid/closing check-ins.
  • Analyze completion rates, new hire satisfaction, and ramp time data to continuously improve Academy content and delivery.
  • Own the plan for migrating all Academy content into the Knowledge Hub as the primary distribution layer.

 Knowledge Hub

  • Lead the design, architecture, and launch of Quartile's Knowledge Hub.
  • Define and own the Hub's taxonomy, ensuring it reflects how CSMs and other users navigate knowledge.
  • Build and maintain the contribution governance framework: standards, workflows, version control, and SME accountability.
  • Drive adoption across departments through launch planning, team onboarding, and workflow embedding.
  • Own quarterly content audit cycles and report on Hub health, utilization, and gaps to COE and CS leadership.
  • Coordinate with CG, Product, and Operations to expand Hub coverage beyond the CS organization.

 Partner Certifications

  • Own the design and execution of Quartile's partner certification program across Amazon, Google, Walmart, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build the certification framework: track types, completion milestones, and accountability structures by role and level.
  • Manage partner relationships to stay ahead of certification requirement changes, new tracks, and renewal timelines.
  • Report on certification completion, trends, and risks to CS and COE leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Design escalation paths and interventions for teams or individuals falling behind commitment timelines.

CSM Skill Assessment & Proprietary Certification Framework

  • Co-design, with the support of CS leadership, a proprietary skill assessment and internal certification system that maps CSM knowledge and capability across core competency areas to help identify skill gaps, assigns learning paths, tracks individual development, and makes decisions about ownership of complex accounts and support career progression.
  • Design and build proprietary assessments for each competency domain, ensuring questions are practical, scenario-based, and tied to real CSM workflows, not generic knowledge tests.
  • Establish a scoring and calibration framework so results are consistent across teams, regions, and cohorts, and can be interpreted meaningfully by CS leaders.
  • Connect assessment outcomes to Continuous Education learning paths: define clear triggers so that a CSM's assessment results translate directly into a recommended or assigned development track.
  • Build the infrastructure for leaders to assign, track, and review learning paths at the individual and team level, with visibility into progress over time.
  • Make assessment and certification data available to the broader talent review and promotion conversations with CS leadership and HR.
  • Establish a review and refresh cycle for assessments to ensure content stays current as Quartile's product offering and channel mix evolves.
  • Report on team-level and individual skill trends to CS and COE leadership on a regular cadence, highlighting development progress, gaps, and certification completions.

 Cross-Functional Enablement Partnership

  • Act as a senior enablement partner to CS leadership, participating in onboarding design conversations, and program reviews.
  • Collaborate with COE teammates to ensure knowledge and certification content is connected across domains.
  • Mentor and guide the Enablement Analyst in day-to-day execution and professional development.
