About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and managing lead generation efforts. This role is critical to the growth of the sales pipeline and provides a path for career advancement within the organization.
What you'll do
Qualifications
Proven ability to be a customer obsessed sales individual and drive new business through sales best practices. Proficiency in using CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Ability to engage with a variety of personas (operations, finance, Sr. Management, etc.). Experience articulating value of SaaS and/or FinTech products, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Exceptional written and spoken English are a firm requirement to be considered.
