The Role

Lead complex AI-enabled change and turn executive ambition into measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a senior consultant who can bring clarity to ambiguity, lead mixed teams and connect technology decisions to business value. You will take ownership of complex Microsoft-focused AI and Business Applications engagements, shaping the response from discovery and investment choices through design, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

You will work across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Fabric, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph and complementary technologies. Your impact will go beyond solution delivery. You will influence senior stakeholders, protect project economics, develop consultants and help create the methods, accelerators and points of view that differentiate our practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead senior discovery, strategy and design workshops and turn uncertain objectives into clear value and delivery roadmaps.
• Own complex, multi-workstream engagements across consulting, architecture, build, adoption and support.
• Shape secure AI agents, intelligent applications, automation, data and integration solutions and lead design assurance.
• Manage scope, estimates, forecasting, change, risk and margin with early, evidence-led intervention.
• Lead technical presales and contribute to major proposals, account growth and reusable offerings.
• Coach Levels 1 and 2 consultants, delegate meaningful responsibility and raise delivery quality.
• Create thought leadership, patterns and accelerators that are adopted beyond one project.

What We're Looking For

• Evidence of leading complex technology engagements with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced practical capability in a relevant Microsoft specialism and the breadth to connect agents, applications, automation, data, integration, security and adoption.
• Strong judgement in generative AI, agent orchestration, prompt and knowledge design, evaluation, responsible AI and human oversight.
• The ability to facilitate high-stakes conversations, challenge assumptions and turn competing priorities into decisions.
• Commercial discipline across estimating, scope, forecasting, change and project margin.
• A track record of growing others through coaching, delegation and clear feedback.
• The confidence to form a point of view, communicate it credibly and turn it into practical client or practice value.
