About the role
This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for delivering key membership marketing campaigns and journeys across acquisition, engagement, retention and progression.

This includes developing targeted and relevant communications, managing marketing automation and segmentation, analysing performance and using insight to continually improve the member experience and campaign results.
Reporting to the Head of Membership Marketing, this is a hands-on role for someone who is commercially and analytically minded, confident managing multiple projects and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of their campaigns, bring ideas and recommendations to the table, and use data and testing to improve performance.
It provides an opportunity to play a key role in growing and retaining CIBSE's membership, while developing expertise across lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, campaign strategy and digital communications. You will be part of an ambitious and supportive team that values collaboration, continuous improvement and a test-and-learn approach.
