About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a cleared OCI DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure within client environments. Operating under our client's Oracle modernization task order, you will support the deployment of highly classified, air-gapped multi-tenant cloud data centers. You will be responsible for building automated pipelines, managing containerized architectures, and configuring secure cloud networking to host advanced AI database workloads.

What you'll do

• Design, provision, and maintain secure OCI enclaves using Terraform, Ansible, and automated CI/CD pipelines within a restricted environment.
• Administer OCI core services including Compute, Block/Object Storage, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• Deploy and manage automated cloud data workloads, utilizing OCI GoldenGate and modern autonomous databases (including Oracle Database 26ai) for classified agentic AI tasks.
• Implement zero-trust security controls, manage cross-domain solutions, and audit cloud infrastructure against strict DISA Impact Level 6 (IL6) and ICD 503 standards.
• Build and support data ingestion pipelines to lift-and-shift legacy, on-premises workloads into the ONSR cloud fabric.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Must be willing to go fully on-site in Fort Meade, MD.
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering or DevOps, with at least 2 years dedicated to deploying enterprise solutions inside Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or comparable federal cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
• Mastery of Terraform, Kubernetes/Docker, Git, and Linux systems administration.
• CompTIA Security+ CE (or DoD IAT Level II equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Professional (Architect or DevOps)
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI or Full Scope Polygraph is a plus
