CoreFleet Solutions is a fast-growing California startup providing staffing, data center, and logistics solutions. We're expanding our Sacramento fleet and looking for reliable Drivers who value safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily delivery routes in Sacramento & Northern California
• Transport goods/equipment between warehouses, data centers & client sites
• Verify orders, count inventory, and secure signed manifests
• Complete DOT logs, Bills of Lading (BOL), and pre/post-trip inspections
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety compliance
• Provide professional customer service at all times
• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid CA Driver's License (Class C or Class A)
• 1+ years of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Background Check Policy

This position requires a successful post-offer background check, motor vehicle report (MVR) check, and drug screening in compliance with the California Fair Chance Act.

All background checks are conducted after a conditional offer of employment is made. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with state and local laws.

We evaluate background results based on job-relatedness and business necessity for this safety-sensitive driving position, which includes handling client property, vehicles, and secure data center equipment.
