About the Role:
Our service division is built on experienced technicians who know how to execute in the field. This role is for someone who can step in, take ownership of the jobsite, and lead from the front.
You won’t be chasing chaos or cleaning up disorganization. You’ll be running work that’s expected to be done right—with a team that knows what they’re doing.
What You’ll Do:
- Leading HVAC service installation projects in the field from start to finish
- Managing technicians and apprentices—setting the pace, holding the standard
- Coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs moving
- Installing and overseeing work on HVAC/R systems, piping, ductwork, and controls
- Reading plans, making field decisions, and solving problems in real time
- Communicating with customers, project managers, and internal teams
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and jobsite execution
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Proven ability to lead crews, hold accountability, and keep projects on track
- Strong problem-solving skills—you can adjust in the field without waiting on direction
- Comfortable using field technology (tablets, service software, etc.)
