About the Role
The Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting Dadosfera’s administrative, operational, and legal routines, helping ensure organization, compliance, and efficiency across internal processes.
This role combines operational support, administrative coordination, and legal-administrative activities, providing exposure to multiple business areas and contributing directly to the company's day-to-day operations.
The intern will assist with contract administration, document management, internal controls, process organization, compliance-related activities, vendor interactions, and operational support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Administration

  • Support the organization and management of contracts, amendments, NDAs, and corporate documentation;

  • Assist in tracking contract deadlines, renewals, signatures, and required documentation;

  • Maintain organized records of legal and contractual information;

  • Support internal requests involving contractual and compliance-related matters;

  • Assist with documentation required for clients, vendors, audits, and corporate processes.

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Support administrative and operational routines across the company;

  • Organize and maintain digital records, controls, and internal documentation;

  • Assist in monitoring operational activities, requests, and internal processes;

  • Support procurement activities, vendor interactions, and administrative follow-ups;

  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational controls;

  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Internal Operations & Facilities Support

  • Support office-related demands and internal logistics when necessary;

  • Assist with coordination of suppliers and operational requests;

  • Help ensure organization and efficiency in daily internal operations.


Qualifications Required

  • Currently pursuing a technical diploma or a degree in Business Administration, Law, Management Processes, Business Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields;

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;

  • Interest in administrative, operational, and legal processes.

Preferred

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, controls, and reports;

  • Familiarity with productivity and workflow management tools;

  • Previous internship, academic project, or professional experience involving: Administrative routines, Contract management, Legal documentation, Operations support, Process organization.
