What you'll do

  • Review executed leases, amendments, and renewals to abstract critical financial and operational terms, including rent schedules, escalations, CAM charges, and other payment obligations.
  • Track rent commencement dates, renewal deadlines, and amendment effective dates to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Enter and maintain lease data in third-party lease administration software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
  • Own end-to-end payment tracking throughout the lifecycle of each renewable energy project — from lease execution and rent commencement through ongoing operations — ensuring all financial obligations are identified, scheduled, and paid on time.
  • Set up new locations and landlords in internal and third-party systems once leases are executed, including banking information, vendor forms, and ticketing. • Process monthly rent obligations in accordance with internal Spend & Transaction Policies, including invoice validation through payment execution, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Review and reconcile monthly landlord statements, flagging discrepancies between abstracted lease terms and billed amounts (rent, CAM, taxes).
  • Oversee integration of lease payment data with accounting system and other third-party ERP and lease administration systems, ensuring accurate setup, mapping, and troubleshooting of payment workflows. • Prepare cash flow statements and lease payment reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and finance team requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders — including legal, finance, developer, project management, PDL, and commercial teams, as well as landlords — to clarify lease terms, resolve issues, and keep payments on schedule.

    Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
