Here's the bigger shift: as AI writes more of the code, the bottleneck moves from generating software to trusting it. Nobody owns that trust layer yet. Duku is building it, autonomous agents that simulate real users, catch critical failures before production, and self-heal as the product evolves.


Backed by experienced operators and investors, we're building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack. We're looking for an exceptional Growth Hacker to help define the category. Not someone to run someone else's playbook. Someone to write the first one.


What You’ll Do

• Build and own growth channels from zero across outbound, content, partnerships, communities, and experiments

• Work directly with founders to design and run founder-led GTM loops

• Turn customer and market signals into repeatable growth systems

• Rapidly test hypotheses across ICP, messaging, channels, and conversion paths

• Build lightweight growth infrastructure: tooling, dashboards, feedback loops

• Identify and double down on what compounds, kill what doesn’t

• Operate inside the product engine to align growth with real user value

• Builder mindset: you create systems, not one-off campaigns

• High ownership: growth lives and dies with you

• Strong first-principles thinking and commercial intuition

• Comfortable operating without a playbook, PMF, or safety net

• Clear communicator who can work at founder altitude


Ideal Background

We hire for mindset, not pedigree. You might have:

• Built growth at an early-stage startup or developer tool

• Run scrappy outbound or demand loops that actually converted

• Experience in growth, GTM, product, ops, or founder-adjacent roles

• Exposure to technical products or engineering audiences

• Shipped experiments in ambiguous environments
