About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to join our Sales department on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of strategic sales initiatives by planning, coordinating, and managing programs that support our growth objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our business goals. If you are passionate about solving complex challenges and have a knack for delivering results, we'd love to have you lead our programs to success.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee sales programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure efficient implementation of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, including key metrics, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for program management within the Sales department.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Effectively manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within a Sales department.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
