The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own customer-facing product experiences across our core platforms. This is a frontend-heavy role where you will shape complex, data-rich UIs in React while partnering closely with backend, ML, PMs, Designers and platform teams to take features from design through production.

What You Will Do

• Build and evolve production UIs in React and TypeScript using modern component patterns and accessible design systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership for shipping production features, from initial implementation through staging and iteration.
• Develop interfaces for AI agent workflows, including evaluations, guardrails, policy configuration, and observability.
• Partner with designers and PMs to translate complex AI safety workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts, data models, and error handling.
• Write high-quality, resilient, testable code and participate in technical planning and design reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience building web products, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment (3-7 years for strong candidates).
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript with strong instincts for component architecture and performance.
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership and a high bar for engineering quality.
• Startup mindset — comfort with ambiguity, high agency, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and production observability.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), shadcn/ui.
• State Management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query.
• Testing & Quality: Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest, ESLint, Prettier.
• Delivery (Good to have): Node.js, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.
