Calling all Maintenance Engineering Technicians for an amazing opportunity to join our year-round team in the Upper Village of Beaver Creek! Put your mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities to work in one of Colorado’s premier mountain communities, keeping our properties comfortable, safe, and operating at their best. What You’ll Do Includes:

• Maintain homes and associations throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
• Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests through ALICE.
• Perform hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.
• Complete basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
• Assist with pool and spa maintenance and repairs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with several of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
• A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach with a strong customer service mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license.
