Echelon is looking for a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team, with a particular focus on growing and retaining our membership community.

This hands-on role combines general marketing support with campaigns that help members get started, discover more of what Echelon offers, and stay engaged.

What you’ll do

  • Support membership campaigns focused on new member onboarding, trial conversion, engagement, renewals, and winning back former members.
  • Help create email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging that encourage members to use their membership.
  • Promote classes, instructors, challenges, new features, and membership benefits.
  • Help turn equipment buyers into active Echelon members through timely follow-up and clear messaging.
  • Coordinate with content, product, customer service, and creative teams to address gaps in the member experience.
  • Track campaign results, including conversions, engagement, and cancellations, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist with product launches, social media, website updates, and sales promotions.
  • Organize marketing calendars, creative assets, and deadlines to keep projects moving.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally 1–3 years of marketing experience; relevant internships or project experience considered.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in membership marketing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Canva, and social media; experience with customer segmentation or automated campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing work, with careful review for accuracy.
  • Someone who takes initiative, spots gaps, and follows through.
  • Available to work in our Stuart office.
