About the Role
Are you driven, curious, and ready to launch a career in tech sales while making a real impact on the planet? As a Business Development Representative at EnergyCAP, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, opening doors, starting conversations, and connecting organizations with the software that transforms how they manage energy, reduce costs, and hit sustainability targets.
This isn’t a passive lead-passing role. You’ll be a critical part of building EnergyCAP’s outbound motion — hunting new opportunities, crafting targeted outreach,and partnering closely with Account Executives to move prospects from cold to qualified. You’ll engage decision-makers across the public and private sectors, uncover real business pain around energy spend and energy consumption spend, and create pipeline that fuels our growth.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 annual base salary, $70,000 OTE with additional earnings potential.
Pay is commensurate with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
