As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by bringing Evotix solutions to life for prospects and customers. Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will demonstrate how our products solve real-world challenges, shape solution strategies, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Customer Success teams, Product, and Marketing—contributing to both new business growth and ongoing customer success.


What You'll Do

Support New Business Sales

  • Partner with Account Executives and Business Development Managers to secure new business
  • Lead technical qualification of opportunities and assess solution fit
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to prospect needs
  • Build customised demo environments using prospect data, forms, and workflows
  • Support RfX/tender responses and conduct gap analysis where required
  • Present technical solutions clearly, including workarounds and their trade-offs
  • Contribute to deal strategy and lead evaluation through insight-driven thinking

Deliver Exceptional Pre-Sales Experience

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Create engaging content such as demos, walkthroughs, and recorded tutorials
  • Prepare and support proof-of-concept environments and evaluations

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Provide market and customer insight to Product teams
  • Contribute to product improvements through user stories and feedback
  • Participate in discovery workshops to refine product direction
  • Support Marketing with webinars, content creation, and product positioning
  • Act as a subject matter expert on new functionality internally

Ensure Seamless Handover

  • Document clear technical requirements for implementation teams
  • Produce Statements of Work (SoW) or Pricing Requests where required
  • Participate in handover sessions and implementation kick-offs
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to share best practice

Support Customer Success

  • Work within customer squads to support optimisation and adoption
  • Deliver training and support configuration (Assure, Learn, Insights+)
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support Customer Success teams
  • Provide technical demos and guidance to existing customers
  • Capture and document evolving customer requirements

What You'll Do

  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, technology, and sales processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or similar role
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding different industries and processes
  • Ability to identify improvements in processes, tools, and materials
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (beneficial, not essential)
