Agent Operations Specialist (Onboarding) - (REMOTE from Peru)

What you will do:

The Onboarding department plays a crucial role in creating a powerful first impression of eXp Realty. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience to new agents, while ensuring timely access to all necessary tools and platforms. The Agent Operations Specialist – Onboarding must drive operational excellence by guiding new agents through the process with clarity, professionalism, and warmth, aligned with regional and global standards.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new agents or teams, addressing questions and concerns from application to onboarding completion.
  • Follow and comply with SOP procedures.
  • Ensure clarity and transparency throughout onboarding.
  • Provide onboarding support, assisting agents with documentation, platform access, and next steps.
  • Deliver an exceptional welcome call using defined scripts tailored to the agent’s experience level.
  • Track and update information and communicate with other teams as needed.
  • Guide agents through onboarding stages and ensure understanding of eXp’s model.
  • Schedule, host, and track attendance for Orientation Sessions.
  • Ensure access to all internal tools.
  • Design, assign and monitor completion of the onboarding course.
  • Continuously follow up, gather feedback, and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Keep internal systems up to date.
  • Give support to event organization and other operational activities.

  • Experience with digital tools (CRMs, HubSpot, training platforms).
  • Proactive mindset with attention to agent experience and compliance.
  • Clear and professional English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Passionate for excellent customer service.
