Overview: 

Extropy is seeking a P2P / O2C SME Consultant – French Speaking to support finance transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. In this role, you will work closely with finance and operations teams to evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions that streamline procurement, invoicing, and payment workflows. 

You will play a hands on role in workshops, process analysis, and solution design while collaborating with consulting and technology teams to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients. This role is ideal for a finance transformation professional with strong expertise in Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and helping organizations modernize their finance functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and facilitate workshops with finance and operations stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Provide subject matter expertise in P2P and O2C processes, including procurement, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and cash application. 

• Document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions aligned with client objectives. 

• Support finance transformation initiatives including process optimization, automation, and system implementations. 

• Collaborate with consulting, product, and technology teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency. 

• Assist with process mapping, solution design, testing, and change management activities. 

• Provide guidance to clients on best practices in finance operations and digital finance transformation. 

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience working within Purchase to Pay (P2P) and or Order to Cash (O2C) processes. 

• Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. 

• Experience working within finance transformation, consulting, or shared services environments. 

• Strong understanding of finance operations including Accounts Payable, procurement, invoicing, collections, and cash application. 

• Experience working with ERP or finance technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Basware, Esker, Ariba, or similar systems. 

• Experience gathering business requirements and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. 

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. 

• Ability to work in a remote, global consulting environment.

• Experience using AI tools in daily work to accelerate analysis, documentation, and problem solving while maintaining high quality deliverables. 

• Working familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to support research, requirements documentation, or process analysis. 

• Interest in exploring how AI and automation can improve finance operations and digital transformation initiatives. 

Work Arrangement 

• Remote-based in EUR, with collaboration across teams in the US, Canada, and India. 

• Primary working hours aligned to US Eastern Time. 

Travel Requirements 

• 10–25% travel to support client meetings, workshops, and key milestones as required. 

Compensation 

• $75,000 - $90,000 equivalent based on experience   

• Up to 20% bonus based on meeting targets
