We have three signed customers in deployment of embedded care into their apps this quarter. With just these customers we are expecting about 1 million active users in late 2027. And to be profitable in 2026. We raised a seed round from 1984, Scrum Ventures and DigitX recently to accelerate our growth.

About the role

• We're looking for a strong NextJS engineer to join our engineering team
• We have about 50-50 split of backend and fullstack work, as we scale horizontally to new customers and vertically to support new care paths.
• We want someone who shows agency to get to the true customer need
• Remote OK - but must work US timezones

What you'll do

• Develop web experiences in NextJS, from UI, to client integrations, to backend and databases
• Shipping features to our clients, from AI case notes and care plans to advanced behavioral trackers.
• Make enhancements to our existing processes
• Explore native SDKs in Swift and Kotlin

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web: NextJS, React, Postgres, Observability
• Experience in working in serverless environments
• Experience in AI and Swift/Kotlin is nice to have
• Experience in healthtech and dealing with PII/PHI
• Willingness to learn new stuff!
