Position: Loan Assistant

Location: Maumelle, Arkansas

What Makes This Role Exciting:

Think of this role as the engine room of the lending team, you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also helping our customers sail forward with confidence. From processing new loans to supporting renewals and gathering key documents, you’re the go-to expert who brings order to the details and clarity to the process.

You’ll collaborate daily with Loan Officers, Loan Operations, and customers to make sure every “I” is dotted, every “T” is crossed, and every loan is handled with care. If you love a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and organization skills truly shine, this could be your perfect fit!

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree (business-related field preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years of business office work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, web-based technology, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Attributes: Service-oriented, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Location: Must be located within 30 miles of Maumelle, AR, or willing to relocate

Schedule & Availability

First Service Bank’s standard hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position also involves branch opening and closing procedures. Associates may be scheduled to report up to 15 minutes before opening or remain up to 15 minutes after closing to complete required opening and closing responsibilities.
