First Service Bank is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Branch Manager to help lead the way! This isn’t just an opportunity to manage a branch—it’s an opportunity to lead, build meaningful relationships, develop a high-performing team, strengthen our presence in the community, and play an important role in shaping First Service Bank’s continued growth and expansion throughout Northwest Arkansas.

As our Branch Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day success of the Springdale branch while creating an exceptional experience for both our associates and customers. We’re looking for someone who knows banking, loves people, understands business development, and is excited about being part of a growing market.
