Role Impact Manifesto
As a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Provider) leading the Lake Nona Longevity Program (LNLP) & BASE Membership, you serve as the critical clinical bridge between Fountain Life's advanced diagnostics and the daily physical performance environment at the Lake Nona Performance Club (LNPC). You interpret complex biomarker data and turn it into personalized care, actionable lifestyle prescriptions, and thoughtful follow-up.
Your role enhances clarity, momentum, and trust, transforming medical information into daily action on the gym floor. You are a consistent presence in the LNLP members’ health journey, showing up with purpose, engagement, and accuracy. You not only analyze data; you understand the physical execution required to reverse biological age, and you develop a "Performance Prescription" that helps each member and their LNPC coaches move closer to a longer, healthier life.
You embody the future of medicine by practicing with warmth, rigor, and a highly collaborative approach. The impact of your leadership is reflected not only in clinical outcomes but also in how seamlessly Fountain Life and LNPC operate as a unified care team.
What you will do
You will be the clinical leader and primary face of the Lake Nona Longevity Program, responsible for guiding each member through a transformative health journey built on trust, compassion, and precision. With every interaction, you will turn diagnostics into understanding, care into confidence, and science into opportunity. Your presence will not only improve outcomes but also integrate the medical and fitness communities within Lake Nona.
You will act as the continuous clinical presence and program leader throughout the LNLP member’s year-long journey. A central part of this role involves translating diagnostics, specifically the tri-annual 100+ biomarker panel and DEXA scans, into daily, actionable care and "Performance Prescriptions." You will build rapport, momentum, and accountability across every stage of care, acting as the primary liaison between the Fountain Life clinic and the LNPC facility. Furthermore, you will collaborate deeply with LNPC personal trainers, sports performance coaches, and sales staff to ensure clinical recommendations are safely and effectively executed on the gym floor. By keeping members emotionally and physically engaged in their care plans, you will bridge the gap between medical interventions and lifestyle adjustments. You will reinforce progress, adapt strategies, and troubleshoot barriers to success alongside the member's fitness team, empowering members to take charge of their health and celebrate milestones. Ultimately, you will ensure a seamless care experience through meticulous coordination, communication, and highly visible community engagement.
Your primary responsibility is to conduct high-level medical assessments and deliver integrated care plans informed by the LNLP diagnostic suite, including blood panels and Zori AI reports. You will lead 30-minute, one-on-one clinical results consultations to track progress, identify barriers, and refine care. During these sessions, you will administer and manage medical interventions designed to drive biological age reversal, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, and GLP-1 medical weight loss protocols. You must ensure members understand the “why” behind each recommendation, bridging clinical clarity with personal relevance.
A critical operational duty is to develop and issue "Performance Prescriptions" based on clinical findings, providing clear, HIPAA-compliant handoffs to LNPC coaches. You will also identify red flags or opportunities and escalate care as needed, ethically recommending Fountain Life ancillary services, such as a Full-Body MRI or Gut Microbiome Analysis, that support the member's longevity goals. Delivering timely documentation and real-time updates to the joint care team is essential to ensure alignment between the clinic and the club. You will maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety procedures, and operational excellence, contributing to member retention and satisfaction by fostering relationships and trust through outstanding care and community visibility. Finally, you will serve as a medical educator, hosting regular training sessions and facility tours for LNPC staff to build program advocacy.
As a Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Provider) within the Lake Nona Longevity Program (LNLP) & BASE Membership, you operate within a physician-led model to deliver a uniquely integrated clinical and performance-based care experience. You serve as the day-to-day clinical lead of the program, translating advanced diagnostics and physician insight into actionable strategies that come to life on the gym floor.
You are the bridge between medicine and movement. By interpreting biomarker data, imaging, and AI-driven insights, you develop personalized “Performance Prescriptions” that guide both the member and their performance team toward measurable improvements in health and longevity.
Your presence ensures continuity, clarity, and momentum. You work closely with physicians who define clinical direction, while you drive execution, engagement, and integration with the Lake Nona Performance Club team. The result is a seamless experience where clinical precision and lifestyle execution operate as one.
