FP&A Analyst II

Why FMH
Every day, someone receives a life-changing diagnosis. Getting the right medication should be straightforward - but too often it isn’t.

Specialty medications move through a complex network of providers, health plans, pharmacies, and manufacturers. Administrative delays, disconnected systems, and limited visibility can slow treatment when time matters most.

Free Market Health exists to make that process work better.

Our technology connects stakeholders across the specialty pharmacy ecosystem, helping prescriptions reach the right pharmacy while improving visibility, reducing friction, and keeping treatment moving forward for the patients who depend on them. We focus on the most important stakeholder of all: the patient.

Your impact

As FP&A Analyst II at FMH, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management activities across the organization. This role will partner closely with leaders throughout the business to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and highly collaborative, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive planning and forecasting activities by supporting the annual budget process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning efforts. You will work closely with business leaders to understand operational drivers, evaluate resource needs, and develop accurate financial projections that support strategic objectives.
  • Deliver financial reporting and business insights through monthly and quarterly analyses of operating results, key performance metrics, and budget-to-actual variances. Your ability to identify trends, explain performance drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities will help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Develop financial models and decision-support tools that evaluate business initiatives, operational improvements, and investment opportunities. You will perform scenario analysis, build business cases, and provide recommendations that support growth and profitability objectives.
  • Partner across the organization to improve financial transparency and accountability. Acting as a trusted finance business partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, communicate financial impacts, and support informed decision-making.
  • Enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and strengthen forecasting accuracy. You will help maintain and evolve reporting tools and dashboards used across the organization, ensuring information remains accurate, actionable, and aligned with evolving business needs. As FMH continues to grow, you will support the evolution of the FP&A function and leverage automation, AI, and modern reporting technologies to improve financial visibility, streamline recurring analysis, and deliver decision-useful information more effectively across the organization.
