Home of the GAA, Croke Park Stadium is Ireland’s foremost sporting and entertainment venue. Over 1,500,000 visitors are welcomed annually to national and international events and the Croke Park campus also features Croke Park Meetings & Events and GAA Museum & Tours.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
•Administer the premium seat renewal and sales process, including the preparation and distribution of contracts, invoices, and associated documentation.
•Provide administrative support for premium seat renewals, hospitality, bookings, customer enquiries and prospective sales, ensuring accurate record management and timely follow up.
•Process day to day hospitality bookings, prepare booking documentation, and coordinate the distribution of event packs.
•Process customer payments and activate accounts to enable ticket management and access once payment has been received.
•Deliver a high standard of customer service by responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
•Maintain accurate customer records, including databases of existing and prospective premium customers.
•Liaise with the accounts department to monitor payment status, resolve account queries and support the reconciliation process.
•Ensure customer information and account records are maintained accurately in relevant systems and in accordance with internal procedures.
Essential Criteria
• A relevant third level qualification
• A strong knowledge of, and interest in Gaelic Games and Croke park stadium.
• Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal)
• Excellent IT skills.
• A working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to cope well in high pressure situations.
• 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Available to work weekends for Match days and Non-GAA events.
