About the role

(This is an on-site position)

The Property Support Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of lease documentation and property data across Granite’s portfolio. This position is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of on-site teams, maintaining data integrity across company systems, and assisting the Senior Vice President of Resident Services with special projects, process improvements, and system updates. This role is integral to streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of property management initiatives.


What you'll do

  • Verify lease accuracy and process lease documents, including move-ins, renewals, terminations, and amendments, ensuring compliance with Granite policies.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data across all reporting platforms and systems. Update the Market Leasing Guide (MLG) for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for on-site teams for administrative support, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance related to lease documentation and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits of documentation and data to ensure compliance with Granite standards.
  • Oversee the integration of lease data across multiple systems, ensuring seamless synchronization and functionality for accurate reporting.
  • Act as a resource for team members to address questions or resolve issues related to lease documentation and data management. Communicate regularly with on-site teams, providing timely support and responses to administrative requests.
  • Assist the Senior Vice President of Resident Services with special projects, including process improvements and system updates.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio) and Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
