Backed by leading venture capital firms, GUDEA has multiple Fortune 50 organizations and large privately held companies as clients and is growing fast.
Take personal accountability for our business and the impact we create. If something needs to be done, own it. Champion progress with trust, respect, and integrity, empowering others to do the same.
Strive for clarity and simplicity in everything we do. Seek out and act on opportunities to simplify our products and processes, setting the bar for exceptional user experience, quality, and efficiency.
Constantly push boundaries to drive purposeful change. Challenge the status quo, and support creativity through continuous learning and the celebration of new ideas that move us closer to our mission. Take smart risks, knowing that failure is part of innovation.
Acknowledge what you don't know, and trust in colleagues for support. Work to overcome challenges with curiosity, resilience, and kindness. Focus on shared impact over individual ego.
As a Narrative Intelligence Associate at GUDEA, you will sit at the intersection of intelligence production and client insights. You'll work closely with our analysts and platform tools to pull signals, learn how narratives take shape, and help turn raw data into the clear, client-ready reports our team is known for. This is a hands-on, high-learning role: you'll develop platform fluency, sharpen your analytical instincts, and start to build a point of view on the narratives you're tracking, all while working alongside more senior team members who will mentor you along the way. Your work will directly support the client experience team and contribute to how some of the world's largest organizations make sense of the digital information landscape.
