The role
Happy to Help Caregiving is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager for our Bountiful, Utah branch. You will help clients, families, and caregivers stay informed and supported while coordinating the office work that makes dependable non-medical home care possible. This is a home-care operations and service role for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and stays organized when priorities change.
You will report to the branch Executive Director, who sets your primary responsibilities and priorities. Cross-training in staffing and recruiting will help you support the branch where needed and develop a strong understanding of how caregiver hiring, scheduling, and client service work together.
What you will do
- Respond to client, family, and caregiver questions with clear, timely updates and reliable follow-through.
- Help resolve service concerns, document next steps, and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to branch leadership.
- Coordinate caregiver availability, schedule changes, open shifts, and coverage follow-up as assigned.
- Support thoughtful caregiver-client matching and continuity of care.
- Support caregiver sourcing, applicant screening and follow-up, interviews, and onboarding coordination according to branch priorities.
- Maintain accurate records in company scheduling, recruiting, and communication systems.
- Cross-train in staffing and recruiting processes and provide backup support according to priorities established by the Executive Director.
- Participate in assigned on-call coverage and follow company escalation procedures.
