Business Operations and Leadership Support

Location: DMV Area

Schedule: Five-day workweek, 8 hours/day, core hours 0800–1600 local

Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 Annually

About the Role

Hunter Strategy is looking for a Project Manager to support the DISA J9 Hosting and Compute (HaC) Program Management Office. This role is working directly with HaC leadership to keep day-to-day operations organized, on schedule, and well documented. You will be one of several project and program managers supporting this task, working alongside the HaC front office and coordinating with other HaC groups and DISA stakeholders.

What You Will Do

•      Serve as an administrative point of contact for the HaC program office, receiving, tracking, and coordinating incoming tasks through to completion.

•      Coordinate leadership calendars, schedules, and daily operations, keeping tasks aligned with HaC priorities.

•      Arrange and manage meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferences, including agendas, minutes, invitations, contact rosters, and audiovisual support.

•      Coordinate special events, meetings, and workgroups to ensure smooth organization and execution.

•      Provide correspondence staffing support, including formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead packages, and activity and leadership reports.

•      Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading so documents are accurate, well formatted, and delivered on time.

•      Prepare briefings and multimedia presentations that communicate information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

•      Maintain informational packages and the electronic document repository so materials stay current and easy to find.

•      Track the status of major program office assignments and help keep the team aligned with leadership priorities.

•      Support planning and execution of strategic team sessions and offsites.

•      Recommend tools and process improvements that make the program office run more efficiently.

•      Facilitate communication between the HaC front office, peer organizations, senior leadership, and the HaC strategic communications group.

Required Qualifications

•      Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

•      Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (PMP-PBA or another PMP specialization also satisfies this requirement)

•      Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

•      At least 8 years of relevant project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

•      Experience with government Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or similar federal performance management frameworks.
