What is the Role?
The Transit Partnership Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship of our partners in a market to ensure contract objectives and project goals are met. The ideal candidate is adept at managing complex projects and programs, has delivered client-facing work, and has experience in one or multiple industries: construction, information technology or media sales. The role involves engaging with cross-functional team members — from sales to operations — executive staff, vendors, and external municipal partners. You must possess the ability to promote collaborative decision-making, provide direction, and establish a sense of urgency amongst the project team. We are looking for an excellent communicator who can establish trust, brings a positive attitude to every interaction, is steady under pressure, and works through challenges with resilience and grace.

Total Compensation: $90,000 - 110,000
Our team operates on a hybrid schedule to balance flexibility with face-to-face collaboration. We require all employees to be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday. Please note that starting in September, this requirement will transition to three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
