As we continue to grow our presence in Singapore, we are looking for an exceptional Investment Analyst to join our Singapore office and help build the platform from the ground up.

About the Role

This role is for someone energised by building in ambiguity. You will support work across investment, platform build-out and fund operations, helping strengthen Investible's Singapore presence while gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Principal leading our Asia office and be trusted with meaningful responsibility early. The ideal person combines intellectual curiosity, sound judgement and a bias toward action. Over time, we expect them to develop the perspective of an investor, the execution mindset of an operator and the technical fluency to help improve how the Investment Team works. Candidates who already bring experience in some or all of these areas are encouraged to apply, but we are equally interested in people who demonstrate the potential and ambition to develop them.

Because this is intentionally broader than a standard investment analyst role, you will also support capital raising operations, ecosystem engagement, founder and VC relationships, events, reporting, internal systems and practical execution. No task should feel beneath you if it helps the team move faster or build stronger regional relationships.

A core part of the opportunity is helping us use technology and AI to improve repeatable Investment Team workflows across sourcing, diligence, reporting, outreach, CRM and portfolio support.

What You'll Do

Investment & Due Diligence

• Evaluate investment opportunities through market research, customer validation, competitive analysis, financial review and business performance assessment
• Support investment due diligence and prepare clear, evidence-based recommendations for internal discussion
• Track markets and technologies relevant to Investible's strategy, including AI, climate, enterprise software, deep tech and frontier technologies

Deal Sourcing & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build relationships with founders, investors, VCs and ecosystem participants across Singapore, Southeast Asia and APAC
• Source high-potential investment opportunities through events, founder networks, community activity and VC relationships
• Support Investible's investment pipeline, CRM discipline, capital raising operations and regional ecosystem presence

Portfolio Support

• Support portfolio companies through research, strategic projects, introductions and access to relevant regional investors, partners and ecosystem relationships
• Monitor portfolio performance, key operating metrics and reporting requirements
• Assist with founder-facing initiatives that help portfolio companies access capital, customers, partners and advice

Fund Operations, Technology & Reporting

• Assist with fund reporting, valuation analysis, investor updates, internal records and capital raising materials
• Maintain CRM hygiene, meeting notes, follow-ups and internal pipeline tracking
• Build or improve tools, agents and workflows that materially improve Investment Team processes
• Support the practical build-out of the Singapore office, including systems, processes, events and ecosystem initiatives

What We're Looking For

We are looking first for drive, ownership and curiosity. Investment skills can be developed; the instinct to go further than asked is harder to teach.

You may come from investing, startups, operations, consulting, engineering or another path entirely. What matters is how you think, how quickly you learn and the quality of what you produce.

You will likely demonstrate:

• A genuine passion for startups, technology and investing
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and comfort forming a point of view under pressure
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar markets and business models
• Initiative, ownership and comfort independently leading workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Fluency with AI tools and a habit of applying them to improve your work
• Comfort operating across investment, operations, capital raising support and ecosystem-building workstreams
• A collaborative mindset, strong relationship-building instincts and a long-term commitment to venture capital
