JayWay Travel is looking for a Sales Support Representative based in Mexico to join our international team.

This is a phone- and email-heavy role, focused on client communication, lead follow-up, and supporting our sales team.

Fluent English is essential.

You’ll communicate with English-speaking clients every day, primarily by phone and email. You must be able to speak and write naturally, confidently, and professionally in English.

If your written and spoken English isn’t 100% fluent, this role isn’t the right fit.

Your Mission

You’ll be an important part of our sales operation, helping keep leads moving and clients informed.

Your day will involve making calls, following up on leads, answering questions, sending emails, and supporting the sales team.

What Will You Do?

• Make regular follow-up calls to clients and potential customers.
• Respond to inbound calls and new leads quickly and professionally.
• Communicate with clients throughout the sales process by phone and email.
• Understand client needs and help move conversations forward.
• Send clear, professional, and engaging follow-up emails.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day activities.
• Keep leads, client information, and follow-ups organized and up to date.
• Follow established sales processes and make sure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a smooth client experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

• Location: Based in Mexico.
• English: Native or near-native English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Phone skills: Confident in having natural, professional conversations with customers.
• Sales mindset: Comfortable with follow-up and motivated by results.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Able to manage multiple leads, conversations, emails, and follow-ups.
• Proactivity: Takes ownership and gets things done without constant supervision.
• Remote readiness: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home working environment.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with the working hours required for the role.

Experience That Will Help

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, travel, tourism, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
• Experience with outbound or inbound calls, lead follow-up, CRM systems, sales targets, or remote teams is particularly valuable.
• Travel industry experience is welcome, but not essential.
• What matters most is your communication, attitude, sales ability, and willingness to learn.

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with anticipated hours of approximately 12:00 PM–8:00 PM EST. Please note that days and hours are subject to confirmation and may vary based on business needs.
