We’re looking for a passionate and caring Assistant Teacher for our 18–24 Months classroom who is fluent in both Spanish and English and ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children.

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

  • Support engaging, hands-on learning experiences using our curriculum and your own creativity
  • Provide warm, responsive care and individualized support to children
  • Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions
  • Build positive relationships with children and families through daily communication
  • Work closely with the Lead Teacher and teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and early learning development
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Experience working with young children in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field OR
  • CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience OR
  • 2–3 years of Montessori experience
