Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you are responsible for lead generation and qualification, with a focus on cold outreach. You will work closely with our Senior Enterprise Account Executives and founders, supporting the development and execution of new customer acquisition strategies. Our target customers are large enterprises with multiple subsidiaries worldwide, and your main stakeholders will be C-level executives and General Counsel.


What you'll do

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads
  • Develop and execute outreach email sequences
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Senior Enterprise Account Executives to refine and optimize outreach strategies


Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Languages: Native-level English
  • Experience: Experience in sales and business development in a B2B SaaS company
  • Tools: Familiar with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Desired Requirements
  • Languages: German or Japanese are a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in LegalTech.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Experience using lead generation tools (Apollo, Email Verifier, ZoomInfo), blacklisting tools, and HubSpot to generate leads and manage customer relationships
  • Reporting & Presentation Skills: Experienced in preparing documents and presentations for various stakeholders
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and derive improvements
