Revenue Marketing Manager
About Leo Berwick
Leo Berwick is an innovative mergers and acquisitions consulting firm. We are comprised of top tier, experienced advisors from global law and accounting firms that add value to transactions as trusted partners throughout the deal life cycle. At Leo Berwick, we hire the best and the brightest. Our teams deliver a dedicated and customized service to every client.
As a growth-stage company, we move quickly, work collaboratively, and value people who take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our culture is grounded in high performance, continuous learning, and the shared ambition to build something exceptional, together.
What we’re looking for
Leo Berwick is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing leader. This role is ideally based in Toronto. We’re also open to other locations in Canada for candidates with strong, relevant experience. You’ll take our content, events and expertise and turn them into campaigns that reach the accounts we want and drive engagement, buying signals and pipeline. You’ll take an AI-first approach to the work, using AI to build campaigns, systems and workflows that help a lean team do more.
This isn’t a role with a narrow lane. You’ll run account-based marketing, paid media, our website and digital channels, testing, learning and optimizing as you go. You’ll work hand in hand with Revenue Operations to prove marketing’s impact with real numbers. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy owning results end to end, this is the opportunity for you.
You’re the right fit for this role if –
- Are data-driven and measure success in pipeline, not vanity metrics
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and happily jump in wherever you’re needed
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Revenue Operations and content teams
- Take ownership and bring a growth mindset, always testing ways to do things better
What you'll do
Account-based marketing
- Partner with the Managing Director and Sales to build and run account-based programs for named target accounts, including existing clients and new logos
- Plan multi-channel campaigns by account tier and growth theme, turning content into campaigns that drive impressions and engagement
- Track account-level engagement and pass meaningful signals to Sales
Paid media
- Run paid programs end to end on Influ2 and LinkedIn Ads, and on Google, Meta and emerging channels such as ChatGPT ads where the spend is justified
- Own targeting, budget pacing, testing and optimization
- Brief and work with the brand and content team on ad creative
Website and conversion
- Own website updates and landing pages
- Build conversion paths beyond a generic form, including content downloads, newsletter sign-ups, assessments, and event and webinar registration

- Improve how often AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews surface and cite Leo Berwick, also known as answer and generative engine optimization (AEO / GEO)
- Share search insights with the brand and content team to shape the content calendar
Campaign operations
- Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns, nurture flows, triggers and workflows
- Work with the Events Manager on webinar and event campaigns, from registration and promotion to follow-up
- Use AI and automation tools such as Zapier to connect systems and remove manual work
Reporting
- Own marketing performance and revenue reporting, including account engagement, campaign and event results, and influenced pipeline
- Work with Revenue Operations on data, attribution, de-anonymization and dashboards
What you bring
- 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth or digital marketing; B2B experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability of using AI to build marketing systems, campaigns or workflows, with examples you can walk us through
- Hands-on experience running account-based marketing aligned to a named-account sales motion
- Direct experience running paid media on LinkedIn Ads; experience with Google, Meta, Influ2 or similar ABM ad platforms is a plus
- Strong HubSpot skills across campaigns, workflows, lists and reporting
- Practical SEO experience and a working understanding of how to build visibility in AI-generated answers (AEO / GEO)
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics and campaign data
- Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools, plus working knowledge of Zapier and website CMS platforms
What success looks like in year one
- Account-based programs running across priority target accounts, with clear engagement tracking
