About the Role

The Talent Sourcer role is one of the first opportunities to deliver a Red Carpet candidate experience and create a positive first impression of the firm. This position is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting passive talent for current and future hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer builds and maintains pipelines of high-quality professional candidates to support the firm’s hiring objectives and long-term growth. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this role sources candidates across all levels of the organization while ensuring alignment with the firm’s culture, business needs, and commitment to exceptional client service.


Your Key Contributions

  • Identify Passive Candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and Boolean searches, to find suitable candidates.
  • Engage with Candidates by reaching out to potential candidates via email, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand job requirements and tailor the search accordingly.
  • Develop talent pools and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Promote and enhance our Employer Brand by interacting with candidates and sharing positive experiences.
  • Develop tracking systems and metrics to measure the success of candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Support the Recruiter Coordinator by scheduling interviews for recruiters.
  • Consistently utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to create and manage multiple talent pipeline projects while engaging passive candidates through creative and personalized outreach strategies.
  • Demonstrate persistence and strong follow-up practices to maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process.
  • Think creatively to identify and leverage networking platforms, niche communities, and alternative sourcing channels to uncover unique candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities and business needs may shift frequently.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bilingual (Spanish English) – C1.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High School Diploma or Similar.
  • 2 years of experience as Talent Sourcer or similar HR role.
  • Experience with Excel and reporting.
  • Work requires the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, growth environment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Good time-management and communication skills.
  • Strong Networking Abilities: Proficient in using social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling recruiting emails and engage with candidates effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Boolean searches and data mining techniques to find passive candidates.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture.
  • Proactive and Motivated: Ability to proactively search for candidates and build relationships.

 

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time


Equipment Requirements

For PC Users:

  • A modern processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 from the last few years)
  • Windows 11 (kept up to date)

For Mac Users:

  • A modern processor (Apple M1 chip or a recent Intel Core i5)
  • A recent macOS (Ventura or newer)

For Everyone:

  • At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly
  • A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage
