About the Role

Lead the team building Salesforce solutions that power the Firm’s operations and growth. As our Salesforce Development Lead, you’ll combine hands-on development with day-to-day team leadership to advance Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and related technologies.

You’ll coordinate priorities, assign and monitor work, and coach developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business, technical, security, and development standards. As a senior technical resource, you’ll help solve complex challenges across solution design, development, integration, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

Partnering with the Applications Development Manager and business and technology stakeholders, you’ll support team performance, develop talent, and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. This is an opportunity to stay close to the technology while helping your team grow and shaping the platform’s continued evolution.
