About the Role

As our Intake Manager, you’ll own one of the most influential moments in the client journey: the first impression. You’ll lead a high energy bilingual team that transforms inquiries into committed clients, elevating every interaction with a true Red Carpet experience. You’ll shape our Intake strategy, solve complex client needs, and create the kind of client experience that sets us apart and keeps them coming back.


Your Key Contributions

  • Lead, supervise, and develop all direct reports in the office by providing direct observation, immediate post-consultation debrief, structured 1:1s, and daily performance direction.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex, sensitive, or high-stakes client situations that require experienced judgment or manager-level authority.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires by delivering structured coaching to accelerate time-to-proficiency and monitoring early performance closely.
  • Report to and partner with the direct manager on office performance trends, staffing needs, talent issues, and operational priorities escalating with data and a recommended action.
  • Ensure team compliance with CRM documentation standards (Litify/Salesforce), QA protocols, and all firm policies and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring decisions for the office applying established criteria and contributing to a rigorous, consistent candidate evaluation process.
  • Own conversion performance for the assigned office location. Review performance data daily, identify gaps, and implement coaching and operational corrections with urgency.
  • Conduct side-by-side observation of consultations and provide specific, skill-focused coaching feedback in real time or immediately following the consultation.
  • Lead daily team huddles — reviewing performance, reinforcing process standards, addressing questions, and sustaining team energy and accountability.
  • When consultation volume exceeds team capacity, conduct consultations directly maintaining selling framework proficiency and modeling the standard expected of every specialist.
  • When in-office appointment volume is below capacity, transition the team to virtual consultations (phone or video) maintaining performance standards across both modalities.

  • Instills Trust- Builds confidence and credibility with direct reports by setting clear expectations, providing fair and consistent coaching, addressing performance issues, and modeling the selling framework.
  • Highschool diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated, articulable conversion performance results
  • 2-4 years previous experience leading a team
  • Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1 Required
