About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Senior Paid Social Strategist to serve as the day-to-day client lead on paid social strategy, media planning, and account growth across a portfolio of accounts. This is a strategy and leadership role, not a hands-on-keyboard trafficking role. This person owns the thinking, the plan, the client relationship, and the results.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic lead for a portfolio of client accounts across Meta and TikTok, with additional channels in consideration such as Pinterest
• Own media strategy, campaign planning, and account growth roadmaps for your client
• Translate performance data into insights and a clear point of view on what to do next
• Build and execute growth plans that expand scope, spend, and results within your existing accounts
• Lead client communications, including reporting cadences, strategy presentations, and QBRs
• Partner with production, creative, and analytics teams to ensure strategy translates into execution
• Evaluate and advise on measurement approach across MMM and MTA models
• Diagnose signal and tracking issues across pixels, APIs (Conversions API), catalogs, and Shop integrations
• Stay current on all major ad formats and placements across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of paid social experience, with demonstrated senior-manager-level ownership of client accounts
• Deep working knowledge of paid social ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Strong grasp of media strategy and account growth planning, not just optimization within existing budgets
• Working understanding of MMM and MTA measurement models, and when each applies
• Fluency in pixel and API-based tracking, including Conversions API, catalog feeds, and Shop functionality
• Command of the full range of Meta and TikTok ad formats and extensions
• Excellent client communication skills, comfortable presenting strategy and performance directly to clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn a report into a decision
• Agency experience strongly preferred

• Competitive compensation package with base salary range of $100,000-$140,000 + commission; OTE $110,000-$155,000
