About the Role

Morris & Dickson is seeking a Brand Program Analyst to support growth and strategic management of our branded pharmaceutical portfolio. This role supports the Branded Program team by providing financial analysis, reporting, market research, and operational insights that help inform manufacturer program decisions and portfolio management activities.

In this role, you'll assist with evaluating program performance, supporting profitability analyses, preparing reporting, and developing insights that help the team make informed business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, uncovering insights through data, and influencing strategic decisions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. As knowledge and experience grow, this individual will take on increasing responsibility for manufacturer relationships, agreement analysis, and program ownership.


What You’ll Do

• Support analysis of manufacturer program performance, profitability, market dynamics, and industry trends by gathering data, identifying trends, and preparing insights for review by senior team members.

· Support manufacturer business reviews and agreement evaluations through data collection, financial analysis, presentation preparation, and performance reporting.

· Assist in evaluating partnership opportunities, portfolio initiatives, and program investments by preparing financial models, reports, and supporting analyses.

· Collaborate with the Brand Program team and cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation of strategic initiatives and operational objectives.

· Maintain and continuously improve processes, tools, reporting, and documentation that support efficient program management, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

· Program performance trends, risks, and opportunities are proactively identified and communicated

· Manufacturer agreements and program requirements are reviewed accurately and translated into actionable insights.

· Processes, reporting, and documentation become increasingly efficient, scalable, and valuable to stakeholders.

· Stakeholders experience you as a reliable team member who delivers high-quality work and follows through on commitments.

· Competing priorities are managed effectively without sacrificing quality

· As knowledge and experience grow, increased ownership of manufacturer programs and relationships is demonstrated.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field

·       2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or account management; open to adjacent industries with strong analytical and project management experience

·       Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint

·       Foundational understanding of business concepts such as profitability, margins, and cost structures, with a willingness to learn how these drivers impact business performance.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in contract-driven or regulated environments

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Willingness to travel ~10–20% for conferences, manufacturer meetings, and business needs
