As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to guide and mentor the team toward achieving company objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and driving initiatives to improve customer service and marketing performance.


Responsibilities:

  •  Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to successfully execute streamlined sales processes, ensuring consistency and optimal performance.
  • Provide continuous coaching and motivation to the sales team to achieve specific goals, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Guide your team in maintaining organization through effective scheduling, calendar management, and task prioritization to maximize productivity.
  •  Prepare detailed reports on team performance and actively participate in or lead productive team meetings to drive alignment and progress.
  •  Cultivate a positive and progressive workplace culture by recognizing and rewarding both your team and other employees within the company for their achievements.
  • Actively promote the company by identifying and leveraging new marketing opportunities, generating leads, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Elevate brand visibility through targeted advertising campaigns and strategic event planning, contributing to long-term growth and engagement.
  • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with environmental, community, and business organizations, maintaining these connections through proactive public relations efforts.
  • Ensure the long-term success of your team by thoroughly understanding departmental personnel needs and communicating them effectively.
  • Keep your team aligned with the company’s vision by meeting key milestones, adhering to budgetary guidelines, and driving team cohesion and shared purpose.

Candidate requirements:


  • Understanding of roofing products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the roofing industry.
  •  Ability to set and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  •  Experience in lead generation and conversion using digital marketing and social media.
  •  Ability to develop promotional materials that highlight the benefits of roofing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM (Acculynx)  tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of roofing-specific software (estimating tools, project management platforms) is a plus.
  • Valid NV Drivers License
  • 5+ years of proven experience in the construction or roofing industry.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Manager role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Google Work Space, Acculynx, etc.

The compensation for this position will consist of a base salary, complemented by a commission structure that reflects the candidate's experience and performance.
