Mills Roofing is seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to provide administrative and appointment-setting support for our sales and operations teams. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or lead management, preferably in the roofing, construction, or related service industry. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, data is accurately maintained, and the office operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take outbound calls to leads to schedule appointments for the sales team
• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service
• Enter and update lead and customer information in AccuLynx CRM and Google Sheets
• Support general administrative and clerical office tasks
• Maintain pricing databases and documentation
• Assist with preparation and follow-up for home shows and company events
• Track and report lead and appointment metrics during weekly team meetings
• Support communication and coordination across the team as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service,. Preferably in roofing, construction, or a related service industry
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace
• Nevada resident

Preferred:

• Experience using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Compensation:

$23.00-27.00
