About the role

  • Sales Associate (Remote - Central Time Zone)
  • Location: Remote (Working Hours: CST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | TR Time 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What you'll do

  • Proactively reach out to leads and convert them into clients.
  • Clearly explain OğuzLaw’s services (immigration, corporate law, etc.) and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet/exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (phone sales/consultative selling preferred).
  • Native Turkish & C1 English (written/spoken) – multilingual is a plus.
  • Strong persuasion skills and resilience in a target-driven role.
  • Experience with any CRM (HubSpot is nice-to-have)
  • Global/remote work experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. legal processes (e.g., visas, trademarks) or a law degree is a bonus.
